Massage Tui Na
(chinese massage)

It is an energetic and rather dynamic massage (supported maneuvers, pinching, friction, stretching), which is practiced fully clothed.

Dating back to more than 3000 BC, Tui Na is one of the practices of traditional Chinese medicine. This massage is based on a global and energetic vision of the body. Tui means "to push" and Na means "to grab".

Chinese massages use several techniques based on the stimulation of energy points (acupuncture points). Their principle is to rebalance the functions of the body and to relieve various ailments and pathologies, through the harmonization of the vital energy called Qi.

This energy flows through non-physical channels called meridians. There are 6 Yin meridians and 6 Yang meridians and 2 so-called "wonderful" meridians (Ren mai or "designer vessel" and Du mai or "directing vessel").

This massage is ideal for releasing muscle tension, untying blockages, relieving back pain, digestive disorders, mood disorders, blood and lymphatic circulation disorders, insomnia, stress or even migraines.
