Aromatherapy

It is a branch of phytotherapy, which consists of using the aromatic compounds of plants to treat oneself. The aromatic essences extracted from these plants are called "essential oils", often obtained by steam distillation.

I have been using them for a few years for my personal consumption (body aches, muscle pain, headaches, dermatological problems...).

Noting their many effects, I wanted to integrate them into oil massages.

Beyond the fragrant aspect, these oils are therefore composed of active ingredients, which makes them very effective in the prevention and relief of certain disorders and pathologies, as well as well-being and appeasement.

So I trained to offer them in oil massages (aromatic massages).

What is an essential oil ?

Essential oil is a volatile essence extracted from aromatic plants by distillation by steam distillation. It is an odorous substance produced by certain plants, spices or oleoresins. We use flowering tops (lavender, rosemary, rose, etc.), tea-tree leaves, eucalyptus, etc.), seeds or fruits (anise, fennel, lemon, orange, etc.), roots (vetiver, angelica), wood (cedar, sandalwood, etc.), rhizome (ginger, turmeric, etc.), bark (cinnamon, etc.), or resin (incense, myrrh, etc.). Anything that can be extracted as a liquid. Although they are called “oils”, these substances do not contain any fatty substances. They are very rarely used pure because they are very concentrated and can cause burns or allergic reactions. This is why they are diluted in vegetable oils to take advantage of their benefits.

These aromatic lotions are therefore perfectly suited for massages. Come and test them for a massage!
